Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with StackNTuff.
All of our rugs are handmade and made to order. Because each piece is created specifically for the customer, processing times may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and current production schedules.
Processing Time
Most orders require approximately 5-7 days for production before shipment. Custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks for production. Rush delivery is available, please reach out if you have a deadline to meet. We are more then happy to help and work with you.
Custom and highly detailed designs may require additional production time. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times typically range from:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
StackNTuff is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, StackNTuff is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If an issue occurs during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist customers whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
