At StackNTuff, every rug is handmade and custom-made with love. We stand behind our work — and your happiness matters most.

Not in Love With It? No Problem.

Even though our rugs are custom, we get it — sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not happy with your order or something isn't right, we'll make it easy.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Send it back — no hassle, no runaround
• Choose a full refund or store credit

How to Start a Return

Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your rug and let us know what's up. Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue (or just let us know it wasn't what you expected)
• Photos if there's a defect or damage

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
