What kind of image can I upload? +
You can upload any logo, character, album cover, artwork, or custom drawing! JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats are supported. If you have special requests regarding colors or details, list them in the notes field.
How long does production & shipping take? +
Because every rug is handcrafted from scratch, custom tufting and hand-carving takes 5–7 business days. U.S. shipping takes 2–3 business days with tracking included.
How do I care for and clean my custom rug? +
Vacuum gently on a low setting or shake out dust. For minor spots, clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing to preserve the hand-carved 3D details.
Can I specify custom background colors or cutouts? +
Yes! Write any color changes, border styles, or custom shape requests in step 3 (Special Instructions/Notes). Our tufters review every note before building your rug.
What materials are used for the rugs? +
We use premium 100% high-density acrylic yarn for maximum color vibrancy and softness, paired with a durable, non-slip felt backing to prevent sliding on wood or tile floors.
