How does ordering a custom rug work?

Choose your rug size, complete checkout, and upload your design. Once we receive your order, we'll create a free digital mockup for your approval before production begins.

Do I receive a mockup before you make my rug?

Yes! Every custom rug includes a FREE digital mockup. We won't begin making your rug until you approve the design.

Can I make changes to my mockup?

Absolutely. We offer unlimited revisions to your mockup until you're happy with the design.

What can I upload?

How long does production take?

Most custom rugs are completed within 7–14 business days after your mockup has been approved.

During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Where are your rugs made?

Every StackNTuff rug is handmade in the USA using premium acrylic yarn and individually carved by hand.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!

We provide FREE shipping within the United States on every order.

Are the rugs non-slip?

Yes.

Each rug includes a non-slip backing to help keep it securely in place on most flooring surfaces.

Can you make rugs for businesses?

Can you make copyrighted logos?

We can create rugs from artwork you have the right to use. If you're requesting a design that includes a trademark, logo, or copyrighted artwork, please make sure you have permission to reproduce it.

What if I don't like my mockup?

No problem.

We'll continue revising your mockup until you're satisfied before production begins.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once your rug has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible because every rug is handmade specifically for you.

Can I return a custom rug?

Because every rug is made specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
